  • When will my order ship?
    This project is currently available for Pre-Order. Information regarding shipping can be found in our TOS page. We will be posting production and shipping updates via our Social Media accounts, so please be sure to follow us!
  • I'm moving before the shipping period! What should I do?
    Please contact the Mod Team ASAP so we can get your address changed for your order. You can contact us through the Contact Form on BigCartel, via DMs on social media, or email.
  • How will the profits be used?
    All profits post-production and post-shipping will be donated to charity. Our goal is to provide our contributors with a full free bundle, but all monetary profit will be donated.
  • Who are you donating your profits to?The End of a Cycle Mod Team has chosen The Trevor Project as the recipient of all monetary profit from this zine. We will donate at the end of the project, ensuring enough time to resolve shipping related issues with orders. The Mod Team is passionate about the work The Trevor Project does to protect LGBTQ youth. More information about The Trevor Project can be found here.

  • How will contributors be compensated?
    Contributors will be offered a free copy of the zine. If funds allow, a free full bundle will be offered.

  • Why is the Shipping so high?
    Shipping costs globally are at an all-time high. Our Shipping and Finance Mods are based in the US and subject to US Tarrifs and import fees. Our Mod team has done its best to offer competitive shipping rates and source manufacturers that are not impacted by new US Tarrifs. More information can be found in our TOS page. 
  • I have a question that can't be answered, either by reading through the FAQ or your Policies/TOS.
